Abstract

This study aims to discover the relationship between emotion regulation with Work-Life Balance on the employees in PT. Dunia Setia Sandang Asli III (DSSA III), Jaten, Karanganyar. The proposed hypothesis indicates a positive relationship between emotional regulation and the Work Life Balance on employees. This research uses quantitative method and the sampling techniques is done by purposive sampling technique. The subject in this study is the employees of PT. Dunia Setia Sandang Asli III which amounts to 100 people. The measuring tool used is the emotion regulation scale with Work Life Balance scale. The methods used to analyze the data is Product Moment Correlation from Pearson with SPSS 23.0 for Windows version. The data analyysis result indicates the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0, 589 with p = 0, 000 (p< 0, 000). It shows that the proposed hypothesis in this research is accepted, there is a positive relationship between emotion regulation with Work Life Balance. The higher the Work Life Balance, then the emotional regulation is also getting higher, and vice versa if the Work Life Balance is getting lower, the emotional regulation on the employees is getting lower too.
