Abstract

Malaria merupakan penyakit parasit tropis yang masih menjadi masalah utama didunia. Malaria adalah penyebab kematian nomor 4 di dunia setelah infeksi pernapasan, HIV/AIDS dan diare. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan obat antimalaria di RSAL dr. Azhar Zahir di Manokwari tahun 2017 sudah sesuai dengan Pedoman Penatalaksanaan Kasus Malaria tahun 2017 dan Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria third edition tahun 2015 berdasarkan parameter tepat indikasi penyakit, tepat pemilihan obat, tepat dosis, tepat lama pemberian dan untuk mengetahui persentase kesesuaian penggunaan obat antimalaria dengan Pedoman Penatalaksanaan Kasus Malaria tahun 2017 dan Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria third edition tahun 2015 berdasarkan parameter tepat indikasi penyakit, tepat pemilihan obat, tepat dosis, tepat lama pemberian. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis non eksperimental yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang diambil dari data rekam medik yang termasuk dalam kriteria pasien malaria yang mendapat pengobatan antimalaria. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan obat antimalaria di instalasi rawat inap RSAL dr. Azhar Zahir Manokwari tahun 2017 dinyatakan sudah rasional dengan tepat indikasi penyakit 100%, tepat obat 100%, tepat dosis 96%, tepat lamanya pemberian 100% berdasarkan Pedoman Penatalaksanaan Kasus Malaria tahun 2017 dan Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria third edition tahun 2015. Kata kunci : Malaria, Penggunaan, Evaluasi Obat Anti Malaria Malaria is a tropical parasitic disease that is still a major problem in the world. Malaria is the number 4 cause of death in the world after respiratory infections, HIV / AIDS and diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of antimalarial drugs at Hospital Marine dr. Azhar Zahir in Manokwari in 2017 in accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Malaria Cases in 2017 and the Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria third edition in 2015 based on the exact parameters of the indication of the disease, the right choice of drug, the right dose, the right time of administration and to find out the percentage of appropriateness of the use of antimalarial drugs with the 2017 Malaria Case Management Guidelines and the 2015 third edition Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria based on the exact parameters of the disease indication, the right drug selection, the right dose, the right time of administration. This research is non-experimental type that is descriptive research. Data was collected retrospectively and sampling was done using purposive sampling method which was taken from medical record data included in the criteria for malaria patients receiving antimalarial treatment. The results of this study indicate the use of antimalarial drugs in the inpatient installation of RSAL Dr. Azhar Zahir Manokwari in 2017 was declared rational with 100% correct indication of disease, 100% correct medicine, 96% correct dosage, 100% correct duration of administration based on 2017 Malaria Case Management Guidelines and Guidelines for the Treatment of Malaria third edition in 2015.
