Abstract

Skizofrenia adalah sindrom heterogen kronis yang ditandai dengan pola pikir yang tidak teratur, delusi, halusinasi, perubahan perilaku yang tidak sesuai serta adanya gangguan fungsi psikososial. Ketepatan atau rasionalitas penggunaan obat antipsikotik sangat menentukan kesembuhan dari pasien yang mengidap skizofrenia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan antipsikotik dan rasionalitas penggunaan antipsikotik pada pasien skizofrenia di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten pada tahun 2018 yang meliputi kriteria tepat indikasi penyakit, tepat pemilihan obat, tepat pasien, dan tepat dosis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif non eksperimental dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dari rekam medik pasien dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis kerasionalannya berdasarkan pedoman Nasional Pelayanan Kedokteran Jiwa dan Guideline Texas Medication Algorithm Project Procedural Manual Schizophrenia Treatment Algorithms. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh data penggunaan antipsikotik tunggal yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu risperidon sebanyak 57 obat (54,29%). Penggunaan kombinasi dua antipsikotik yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu Haloperidol-Risperidon sebanyak 13 obat (25,00%), sedangkan kombinasi tiga antipsikotik yang digunakan yaitu kombinasi antara (Clozapine ‒ Haloperidol ‒ Risperidon) sebanyak 1 obat dan kombinasi (Clozapine ‒ Chlorpromazin ‒ Haloperidol) sebanyak 1 obat. Rasionalitas penggunaan antipsikotik diperoleh persentase tepat indikasi 100,00%, tepat pemilihan obat 94,59%, tepat pasien 90,35, dan tepat dosis 100,00%. Kata kunci: Antipsikotik, Rasionalitas, Skizofrenia Schizophrenia is a heterogeneous chronic syndrome characterized by irregular, thinking pattern, delusion, hallucination, inappropriate behavior change and psychosocial disorder. The accuracy or rationality of the use of antipsychotic drugs is crucial to the recovery of patients suffering from schizophrenia.The objective of this research is to know the use pattern of antipsychotics and the rationality of antipsychotics use in in-patient care facility patients of Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Asylum of Klaten in 2018 covering right criteria of disorder indication, right medicine selection, right patients, and right dose. This research uses non-experimental descriptive method with data collection is done retrospectively from patients’ medical record with purposive sampling technique. The obtained data’s rationality is analyzed based on Alienist Service National Guideline and Guideline Texas Medication Algorithm Project Procedural Manual Schizophrenia Treatment Algorithms. Based on the research result, it is obtained that the most used single antipsychotics use is Risperidone of 57 medicine (54.29%). In combination use, the most used antipsychotics is Haloperidol-Risperidone of 13 medicine (25.00%), while the most used antipsychotics in third combination is the combination of (Clozapine ‒ Haloperidol ‒ Risperidone) of 1 medicine and the combination of (Clozapine ‒ Chlorpromazine ‒ Haloperidol) of 1 medicine. The rationality of antipsychotics use obtains percentages of right indication of 100.00%, right medicine selection of 94.59%, right patients of 90.35%, and right dose of 100.00%.
