Abstract

Pengaruh Komitmen, Kesamaan Citra, Kinerja Layanan dan Nilai Pelayanan Persepsian pada Niat untuk Melanjutkan Perawatan yang dimediasi Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan. Program Studi S1 Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Setia Budi Surakarta. Pembimbing I. Dr. Waluyo Budi Atmoko, M.M. Pembimbing II. Ariefah Yulandari, S.E., M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji niat untuk melanjutkan perawatan dalam pengaruh komitmen, kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan nilai pelayanan persepsian. Kepuasan dan kepercayaan di pengaruhi oleh kinerja layanan dan kesamaan citra. Tingkat komitmen, kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan nilai pelayanan persepsian yang tinggi akan memengaruhi niat pelanggan untuk melanjutkan perawatan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan salon di Serui secara cluster. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling sebanyak 200 responden. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen berpengaruh postif terhadap niat melanjutkan perawatan, kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat melanjutkan perawatan, kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat melanjutkan perawatan, nilai pelayanan persepsian tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat melanjutkan perawatan, kinerja layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan, kesamaan citra tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, dan kesamaan citra tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan. This study aims to examine the intention to continue treatment under the influence of commitment, satisfaction, trust, and perceived service value. Satisfaction and trust are influenced by service performance and image similarity. A high level of commitment, satisfaction, trust and perceived service value will affect the customer's intention to continue treatment. Data were obtained through a questionnaire distributed to salon customers in Serui in a clustered manner. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 200 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study show that commitment has a positive effect on intention to continue treatment, satisfaction has a positive effect on intention to continue treatment, trust does not affect intention to continue treatment, perceived service value does not affect intention to continue treatment, service performance has a positive effect on satisfaction, image similarity does not affect satisfaction, and the similarity of the image has no effect on trust.
