Abstract
This study aims to examine the intention of re-care in the influence of brand personality. The occurrence of a high brand personality will also create a positive maintenance intent among consumers. However, if a low brand personality will cause the consumer care power to re-maintenance will also be low. The data collect by quisioner that be shared from beauty clinic. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with consumer care consumer population of 200 respondents. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that sincerity has no significant effect on the intention of re-treatment, the enthusiasm has significant effect on the intention of re-care, the competence has significant effect on the intention of recare, the skill has significant effect on the intention of re-treatment, and the hardness does not significantly affect the re-maintenance intention.
