Abstract
The planning of drugs requirementis a activity undertook in order to arrange a list of medicinal needrelateto a form or basis of the concept of systematic activities to reach of objective that settled. For the prevalence (sufferers) of hypertension in Wonogiri reached 45.86 percent. In fact, in Central Java alone, the prevalence of hypertension based on the measurement results of the population aged 18 years and over in 2007-2018 was 37.57 percent. "Nationally, all of Indonesia the prevalence of hypertension is 34.1 percent,". The research objectives were to determine the use or use of hypertension drugs in the Wonogiri Regency Health Office Pharmacy Installation in 2019 and to determine the need for hypertension drugs based on the calculation of the consumption method at the Wonogiri Regency Health Service Pharmacy Installation in 2020. The non experimental research design was conducted retrospectively and was evaluated using the “consumption method”. Planning for needs is carried out by collecting data on hypertension drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Wonogiri District Health Office in 2019, then calculating health consumption method formula . Based on the research, the result were: for the needs of hypertension medice in 2019: captopril 12,50 mg 176.100 tablet; captopril 25 mg 353.300 tablet; furosemida 40 mg 66.450 tablet; hidroklorotiasida 47.200 tablet; isosorbit dinitrat 5 mg 18.900 tablet; klonidin 0,15 mg 30.000 tablet; nifedipin 10 mg 99.300 tablet; propanolol HCL 18.900 tablet; bisoprolol 5 mg 8.100 tablet; amlodipin 10 mg 399.630 tablet dan furosemid inj 10 mg/ml 473 ampul. For the need for hypertension drugs with the consumption method: captopril 12,50 mg 264.150,055 tablet, captopril 25 mg 565.280,055 tablet, furosemida 40 mg 99.145,50955 tablet, hidroklorotiasida 25 mg 111.799,945 tablet, isosorbit dinitrat 5 mg 14.940,055 tablet, clonidin 0,15 mg 35.600,055 tablet, nifedipin 10 mg 114.350,055 tablet, propanolol HCL 5.049,945 tablet, bisoprolol 5 mg 16.720,055 tablet, amlodipin 10 mg 146.910,055 mg and furosemid inj 10 mg/ml 602,805 ampul.
