Abstract
This study aims to test the safety and health of work, interpersonal communication and work stress on nurse job satisfaction. Occupational safety and health that is applied as the main capital to create job satisfaction and good Communication can push the level of job satisfaction. However, if crescendes increase the job satisfaction is getting smaller. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to nurses at RSUD Surakarta. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling with the whole nurses sample as much as 200 respondents. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health has no significant effect on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and work stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction, Keywords: occupational safety and health, interpersonal communication, job stress, job satisfaction.
