Abstract
Formulary is a list of drug compiled by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee established by the hospital’s leadership. The formulary is useful as a reference for the recipe writer, optimize services for patients, facilitate the planning and provision of drug in health care facilities. This research aims to determine the precentage of drug prescribing conformity in general patients in the inpathient installation with the Medika Mulya Wonogiri hospital formulary for the Oktober- Desember 2019. This research is a non-experimental type of research that is descriptive in nature with data collected retrospectively. The analysis period is 3 months, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling , that is , sampling technique from prescription of general patients in the inpatient installation Medika Mulya Wonogiri Hospital at the time and information that has been determined, namely in the Oktober- Desember 2019 . From the result of the research found the precentage of drug prescribing compliance with formulary based on prescription sheet is 87,23%. The precentage of suitability of drug prescribing with formulary based on drug items is 88,22%. These result are not in accordance with the minimum pharmaceutical service standart set by the RI Ministry of Health in 2008, namely the writing of recipes according to the formulary is 100%.
