Ischemic stroke is widely known as a neurological disease due to disruption of brain blood flow that causes blockageTreatment of stroke disease with concomitant complications requires the administration of combination therapy for more than one drug that can trigger Drug Related Problems (DRPs). DRPs that occur can result in decreased quality life of patients so that optimal treatment is not achieved. This study aims to determine the profile of the use of strokeischemic drugs and identify DRPs that occurred include the category of indications that are not treated, inaccurate dose selection and drug interactions. The research method used was a cross-sectional method by collecting medical record data retrospectively.
