Abstract

The soursop leaf (Annona muricata L.) compounds containing tannins, anthraquinone, saponins, flavonoids, reducing sugars, cardiac glycosides, carbohydrates (sugar ketonic) phlobatanin, terpenoids and triterpenoids. Study of the literature aims to determine the antifungal activity and the chemical compound antifungal Candida albicans of the soursop plant (Annona muricata L.). Study of the literature this is done with several stages, searching for journals and articles, the collection of journals and articles, select the data in accordance past the inclusion and exclusion criteria, review and evaluate data, conduct a discussion of the data and draw conclusions on this research. The Data used is the national and international journal in the Pubmed, Google Schoolar, Research Gate, DOAJ and Portal Garuda between 2010 to 2020 which is selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The results of the literature study to the journal related activity test showed that the soursop leaf has activity as an antifungal and chemical compound of the soursop leaf (Annona muricata L.) has antifungal activity on Candida albicans.
