Abstract

The study of intention of system adoption on to adoption of information system PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta became an important study in the research.This study aims to examine the factors causing the intention to adoption of information system at thePKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta. This study is necessary to explore the variables forming the intention of information system adoption in order to improve the performance of hospital health personnel. This research uses survey method and questionnaire to collect data.Data were collected using probability sampling techniquewith the number of 100 questionnaires can be processed.Testing instrument research, using SPSS and hypothesis testing using SEM with AMOS method. The results of analysis showed that H1 and H2 supported to be the cause of intention of system adoption except H3 and H4 not supported.The result gives meaning that intention of adoption of system of information section atPKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakartainfluenced trust caused by facility condition which fulfilled for implementation of information system.
