Abstract

This study aims to use the information system on Intentions of Online Transactions, Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Convenience, Security in the city of Solo when using the application Go-Med. The gap of previous study shows the diverse range of online transaction intentions (Yulihasri et al., 2011; Lin et al., 2010; Liu and Guo., 2017). The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the population of people using Go-Med application counted 240 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that the intention of consumers to conduct online transactions using the Go-Med application significantly affect the quality of services. Security significantly affect the quality of service, and quality of service significantly affect to the intentions of online transactions. Meanwhile, the use of perceived usefulness and convenience are unsignificantly affected to service quality. These results mean that for the process of shaping the intentions of online transactions in the use of Go-Med applications through the quality of services affected by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, convenience, and security of the Go-Med applications.
