Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work achieved by employees in accordance with the responsibilities given through the provisions applicable within the organization to get results according to the desired target. Achieving of organizational goals one of which is highly dependent on both the poor performance of employees. Having high-performing employees will provide optimal results for the organization. The aim of this research is to know the influence of motivation, work environment and work stress toward employees performance of paramedical in General Hospital of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The number of sample in this research is 200 nurse employees and 27 data must be excluded from the analysis because it is indicated as the outliers. Total questionnaires that can be processed as much as 173 respondents data based on the characteristics of the respondents' gender and age of the employee. The sample in this research is using two stages clauster sampling technique and the method which is used is multiple linear regression. The results show that the variable of the motivation has effect on employees performance that can be viewed with a significant value of 0,010. The variable of the work environment has no effect on employees performance that can be viewed with a significant value of 0,984 while the variable of the work stress has no effect on employees performance that can be viewed from the significant value of 0,402.
