Abstract
The Village Gondekan Kelurahan Wirun Mojolaban Sub-district Sukoharjo district the majority of the population whose profession as workers Genteng Generator. Workers in the conduct of the roof tile generator may always contact with the land and water, this causes the high risk affected by fungal infections. Fungi that usually causes namely dermatofita. One of the parts that are often affected by fungal infections namely on nails. Nails are infected by fungi experience such disorders color change and the fragility. This research aims to find out whether or not the fungus on nails workers penbuat dermatofita roof tile that mengaami fragility and types of fungi dermatofita located on the nails of the roof tile generator labor volatility. The method used in this examination methods directly using KOH solution 40 percent and the method does not directly using Sabouraud Dextrose medium to and diinkubasi at room temperature for 7 days. The results of research on the three samples of the nails of the roof tile generator Labor volatility, found the fungi dermatofia and types of fungi dermatofita found is Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
