This research was done qualitatively and quantitatively by held interviews and retrospectively tracing documents. Evaluation using indicators at the planning stage, namely the percentage of planning accuracy, at the procurement stage, namely the percentage of drug availability as needed, at the storage stage in the form of the percentage of expired and damaged drugs, the storage system, and at the distribution stage in the form of the percentage of physical quantity matched with the card, the percentage of dead stock, and the percentage deviation of drug distribution. Drug management data were collected retrospectively and then evaluated and compared with the standards of the Ministry of Health (2010) and Pudjaningsih (1996). The results showed that there were differences in drug management at the planning stage using the ESFT method. The drug management system is in accordance with the standards in addition to the accuracy of planning, dead stock and compatibility of physical quantities with stock cards.
