Abstract

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Endometrial cancer is a primary endometrial epithelial malignant tumor, generally with grandular differentiation and potentially affecting the myometrium and spreading far. The cause is not known with certainty, but there are several factors that cause endometrial cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of endometrial cancer incidence based on age, parity, history of contraception, history of disease and body mass index (BMI). This study uses a mini literature review method. The literature search sources used were Mendeley's reference manager, Google Sholar, and Sci-Hub with key words such as Endometrium Cancer. The collection of literature is in accordance with the specified criteria and in accordance with the research topic in order to obtain 13 appropriate articles. The results obtained from the literature indicate that the incidence profile of endometrial cancer is caused by several risk factors. Based on the results of previous studies, it was found that the largest proportion of endometrial cancer patients were patients aged> 51 years. Parity with the highest proportion of endometrial cancer patients in the multiparous group. Meanwhile, based on the history of disease, most of the proportions were caused by hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The most body mass index, namely normal BMI, based on the contraceptive history of endometrial cancer patients, the most were patients who did not use contraception.
