Abstract
One of the standards of pharmaceutical services in the hospital is the time wait for prescription service. Many patient complaints against waiting time Service, the authors are interested in conducting literary studies in various hospital. Recipe service waiting times include prescription medication and recipes Non-blend drugs. The purpose of this research is to know the conformity Recipe service waiting time in the hospital outpatient installation with Hospital's minimum service standards The literary study method used is the systematic mapping study Using predefined stages. Using 10 Study of libraries by identifying journals relevant to the topic and Assess the feasibility of a journal with defined criteria. According to Kepmenkes RI No. 129 Tahun 2008 states that the standard Recipe wait time is ≤ 60 minutes and for non-prescription/drug recipes ≤ 30 Minutes. In this literature study, get results that service waiting time Recipes in some hospitals still not in accordance with Kepmenkes RI No. 129 Tahun 2008. But there are also hospitals that are already in accordance with the standards. Factors causing long waiting time, namely human resources (HR), Facilities and infrastructure, patients and Standard operating procedure (SOP).
