Abstract

Intention repeat treat is a factor that describe success of a health service industry. People health centre as part of health service industry demanded to take care service in order that customer want to repeat treat at people health centre.This research head for examine value percepted, satisfaction medical patient, sacrifice percepted and quality service of intention repeat treat. Population in this research is medical patient who treating at people health centre of Sasi. Sample used in this research amount 200 respondens definited by purpose sampling method. Analysis data method used in this research is structural equation modelling –SEM. Results indicate that satisfaction medical patient is only variabel that influence intention repeat treat. While, examine value percepted not significant influence intention repeat treat, sacrifice percepted not influence examine value percepted and quality service not significant influence satisfaction medical patient.
