Abstract
This study aims to test Education and Training in moderating the perception of organizational support and employee commitment. perception of organizational support that occurs by providing education and training to encourage employees to be more committed in the company. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with medin and non medical medical population of 102 respondents. Hypothesis test is done by using regression analysis with moderator variable . The results of this study indicate that the perception of organizational support has a significant effect on employees' commitment, education and training have a significant effect on employee commitment, and the perception of organizational support is not significant to employee commitment after education and training entry as moderation means that education and training moderate the relationship between the perceptions of nisasional organizational support and the commitment of hospital employees.
