Abstract

Di penghujung tahun 2019, dunia dihebohkan dengan adanya infeksi virus baru yaitu virus corona (Kemenkes, 2020). Penyakit Coronavirus 19 (Covid19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus sindrom pernafasan akut yang parah (SARSCoV2). Penyebab penyakitnya di Kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, China (Zhang et al., 2020),di laporan kasus dan kematian semakin meningkat dan penyakit ini cepat menyebar keluar negara China. Pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 Pemerintah Indonesia akhirnya mengumumkan kasus pertama Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) penyebaran virus Covid-19 dan angka penularan Covid-19 di Indonesia masih mengalami peningkatan. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 tenaga kerja tetap bekerja membutuhkan Perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak atas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan dengan adanya promosi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja untuk memberikan dorongan dan menguatkan kesadaran perilaku pekerja mengenai K3 sehingga pekerja dapat terlindungi saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara promosi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap pencegahan Covid-19 pada ahli teknologi laboratorium medik (ATLM) di RSUD Dr.Moewardi Surakarta. Metode: penelitian yang digunakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data yang diambil merupakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari subjek penelitian dengan melihat tingkat pelatihan K3, Komunikasi K3 dan pengawasan K3. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pelatihan K3, Komunikasi K3 dan pengawasan K3 dengan Pencegahan Covid-19. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian adanya hubungan pelatihan K3 dengan Pencegahan Covid-19 memiliki nilai p=0,022 (p<0,05). Adanya hubungan antara komunikasi K3 dengan pencagahan Covid-19 memiliki nilai p= 0,014 (p<0,5). Adanya hubungan antara pengawasan K3 dengan pencegahan Covid-19 memiliki nilai p= 0,008 (p<0,5) hal ini menunjukan maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara promosi K3 dengan pencegahan Covid-19. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara promosi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap pencegahan Covid-19 pada ahli teknologi laboratorium medik (ATLM) di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Kata Kunci : COVID-19, Promosi K3, Pelatihan, Komunikasi, pengawasan At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus infection, namely the Coronavirus (Ministry of Health, 2020). Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is a disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) virus. The cause of the disease is in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China (Zhang et al., 2020), in which case reports and deaths are increasing and the disease is rapidly spreading outside China. On March 2, 2020, the Government of Indonesia finally announced the first case of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the spread of the Covid-19 virus and the number of Covid-19 transmissions in Indonesia is still increasing. During the Covid-19 pandemic, workers continue to work in need of protection and fulfillment of the right to Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and with the promotion of occupational safety and health to provide encouragement and strengthen awareness of worker behavior regarding K3 so that workers can be protected while working. This study aims to determine the relationship between the promotion of occupational safety and health on the prevention of Covid-19 in medical laboratory technology experts (ATLM) at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. Objective: This study was to determine the relationship between the promotion of occupational safety and health on the prevention of Covid-19 in health analysts at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. Methods: The research used was analytic research with cross sectional design. Samples were taken using simple random sampling method. The data taken is primary data obtained directly from research subjects by looking at the level of K3 training, K3 communication and K3 supervision. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between K3 training, K3 Communication and K3 supervision with Covid-19 prevention. Results: Based on the results of the study, the relationship between OSH training and Covid-19 prevention had a p value = 0.022 (p <0.05). The existence of a relationship between K3 communication and Covid-19 prevention has a p value = 0.014 (p < 0.5). The existence of a relationship between K3 supervision and Covid-19 prevention has a p value = 0.008 (p < 0.5) this shows that there is a significant relationship between K3 promotion and Covid-19 prevention. There is a significant relationship between the promotion of occupational safety and health (K3) and the prevention of Covid-19 in medical laboratory technology (ATLM) experts at Dr. RSUD.
