Abstract

Limfosit memiliki peran untuk melawan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus ataupun bakteri. Limfopenia absolut terjadi pada kasus berat. Penurunan jumlah limfosit terkait dengan perkembangan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi absolute lymphocyte count dengan derajat keparahan COVID-19 komorbid hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli tahun 2021 melalui data dan hasil laboratorum dari rekam medik pasien COVID-19 komorbid hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data secara purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pasien COVID-19 komorbid hipertensi berjumlah 60 orang yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu derajat keparahan ringan, sedang dan berat masing-masing 20 orang. Uji yang digunakan yaitu uji korelasi spearman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat korelasi yang positif antara absolute lymphocyte count dengan derajat keparahan COVID-19 komorbid hipertensi yang signifikan p= 0.008(<0.05) dan r= 0.339(0.26-0.50), dengan kekuatan korelasi sedang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara absolute lymphocyte count dengan derajat keparahan pasien COVID-19 komorbid hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Absolute lymphopenia occurs in severe cases. A decrease in the number of lymphocytes is associated with the development of the disease. This study aims to determine the correlation of absolute lymphocyte count with the severity of COVID-19 comorbid hypertension at the Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This research was conducted in June-July 2021 through data and laboratory results from medical records of patients with COVID-19 comorbid hypertension at the Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The data collection technique was purposive sampling. The sample used was 60 patients with hypertension comorbid COVID-19 who were divided into 3 groups, namely mild, moderate and severe severity of 20 people each. The test used is the Spearman correlation test. The results of this study showed that there was a positive correlation between absolute lymphocyte count and the severity of COVID-19 comorbid hypertension, which was significant p= 0.008(<0.05) and r= 0.339(0.26-0.50), with moderate correlation strength. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant correlation between absolute lymphocyte count and the severity of hypertension comorbid COVID-19 patients at the Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.
