Abstract

Mahasiswa yang melakukan praktik dirumah sakit memiliki risiko tinggi terpapar Covid-19 hal ini dikarenakan mereka berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pasien yang terduga maupun terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19, untuk mencegah dan melindungi dari paparan virus perlu adanya perilaku pencegahan terhadap infeksi, termasuk diantaranya pemakaian APD, hand hygiene, stress, konsumsi makanan bergizi, dan lama kontak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara infeksi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) dengan faktor risiko penularan pada mahasiswa yang melakukan praktik di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan cross-sectional kemudian diuji dengan Mann-Withney taraf signifikasi sebesar 5 %. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 74 mahasiswa jurusan keperawatan yang melakukan praktik dirumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel di dapatkan nilai p >0.05 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan Infeksi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) dengan perilaku pemakaian APD, hand hygiene, stres, konsumsi makanan bergizi dan suplemen. Akan tetapi pada variabel lama kontak dengan pasien terduga dan terkonfirmasi diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0.01 (p<0.05) yang berarti ada hubungan antara hubungan Infeksi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) dengan lama kontak dengan pasien terduga dan terkonfirmasi Covid-19 pada mahasiswa yang melakukan praktik dirumah sakit. Students who practice in hospitals have high risk factors for being exposed to Covid-19, this is because they are in direct contact with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 patients. To prevent and protect from virus exposure, it is necessary to have preventive behavior against infection, including the use of APD, hand hygiene, stress, consumption of nutritious food, and length of contact. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between infections Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) with risk factors for transmission in students who practice in hospitals. The research method used is aapproach cross-sectionaland then tested with a Mann-Withney significance level of 5%. The research sample consisted of 74 students majoring in nursing who practiced at the hospital. The results showed that the variable p value > 0.05, which means there is no relationship betweeninfection Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) with the behavior of using PPE, hand hygiene, stress, consumption of nutritious food and supplements. However, the variable length of contact with suspected and confirmed patients obtained a p-value of 0.01 (p<0.05), which means that there is a relationship between theinfection Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and the length of contact with suspected and confirmed Covid-19 patients in college students.
