Abstract
Tuberkulosis merupakan suatu penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan karena kuman TB yaitu Myobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit dengan angka prevalensi yang cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil hasil pemeriksaan Mycobacterium tuberculosis dan presentase hasil positif Mycobacterium tuberculosis dari pemeriksaan sputum pasien terduga TB paru menggunakan GeneXpert MTB/RIF. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil pemeriksaan GeneXpert pada pasien terduga TB paru di laboratorium mikrobiologi RSUD Prof. Dr. W Z Johanes Kupang dari bulan Januari 2020 sampai dengan April 2021. Metoda analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini statistika deskriptif dimana data dihitung rata-rata dan variansnya dari data mentah kemudian dideskripsikan menggunakan tabel- tabel. Profil hasil pemeriksaan GeneXpert pada pasien terduga TB paru dengan jumlah pasien 899 dengan hasil yang positif 220 (24,5%) dan negatif sebanyak 679 (75,5%). Hasil pemeriksaan positif terdiri dari bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis terdeteksi rimfamisin sebanyak 14 (1,6%), inderterminded sebanyak 6 (0,7%), sensitif sebanyak 200 (22,2%). Hasil yang positif laki-laki berjumlah 126 (57,3%) dan perempuan 94 (42,7%) Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, Multidrug Resistance, GeneXpert. Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB bacteria, namely Myobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a disease with a high prevalence rate in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of examination results Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the percentage of positiveresults Mycobacterium tuberculosis from sputum examination of patients with suspected pulmonary TB using GeneXpert MTB/RIF. The sample in this study was the data from the GeneXpert examination on suspected pulmonary TB patients in the microbiology laboratory of Prof. Hospital. Dr. WZ Johanes Kupang from January 2020 to April 2021. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics where the average and variance of the data are calculated from the raw data and then described using tables. Profile of GeneXpert examination results in patients suspected of pulmonary TB with a total of 899 patients with positive results 220 (24.5%) and negative as many as 679 (75.5%). The results of positive tests comprised of Mycobacteriumtuberculosis was detected rimfamisin by 14 (1.6%), inderterminded 6 (0.7%), sensitive as many as 200 (22.2%). Positive results were 126 (57.3%) males and 94 (42.7%) females. Keywords: Tuberculosis, Multidrug Resistance, GeneXpert.
