Abstract

Quality of service is one of the factors that influence patient, patient satisfaction where the wishes, expectations and needs of patients can be met in accordance with the expectation of patients. This study aims to determine the quality of laboratory services affect the satisfaction of in patients at the hospital Dirgahayu Samarind The population of the study were in patients at the hospital in Dirgahayu Samarinda. This research used survey method with sample used for questionnaire test as many as 30 respondents and 225 samples for research. Sampling tecnique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used in the from of validity and reliability test, simple regression test. Dokumen were analyzed using spss version 17 program method. The results of the analysis of research data that has been done, can be concluded. The quality of laboratory services (Empathy and Tangible) influenced the satisfaction of the in patients at dirgahayu hospital in Samarinda, while the reliability, responsiveness, assurance did not affect the satisfaction of the inpatients at Dirgahayu Samarinda. Quality of laboratory services (Reliabilty, Responsiveness, Quality assurance, Empathy and Tangible) simultaneosly affect the satisfaction of inpatients at Dirgahayu hospital Samarinda. Satisfaction of inpatients at dirgahayu hospital of Samarinda can be explained by factors of Reliabilty, Responsiveness, Quality assurance, Empathy and Tangible evidence of 43,1%.
