Abstract
Salbutamol is one of the active substance used to cure asthma. The making of salbutamol tablet preparations needs addictive material that can support the physical appearance of the tablet. Tablet needed is the one that not fragile and easily destroyed inside the body as the time determine. This experiment used AcDi-Sol and Explotab as the disintegrate that can expedite the time need for the Salbutamol table crashed inside the body. Salbutamol tablet preparations made in combination with Explotab and Ac-Di-Sol as crusher with concentration comparison as follows formula I 1% : 1%. Formula II 2% : 1%, and formula III 1% : 2%. To get the best physical appearance, so there is test for granule and tablet the test are granule flow time, drying shrinkage of granule, uniformity of tablet weight, tablet hardness, fragility of tablets, and time crashed tablet. Statistical analysis was done using one way anova method in 95% different of freedom using SPSS 17. The result of this experiment shows that the combination of Explotab and Ac-Di-Sol in the making of salbutamol tablet preparations can give the best physical appearance of the tablet. In the combination of disintegrate explotab 2% : Ac-Di-Sol 1% gives the faster time crashed tablet compare with the concentration of Explotab 1% : Ac-Di-Sol 1% and Explotab 1% and AC-Di-Sol 2%.
