Abstract

The study of patient satisfaction becomes an importan issue in health care. This studi purpose was to examined Donabedian concept on Building Patient Satisfaction at Clinical Laboratory of Tawangsari Public Health Care District of Sukoharjo. This study uses a simple random sampling survey method in patient at Clinical Laboratory of Tawangsari Public Health Care District of Sukoharjo. Respondents used as many as 147. Analysis tested by using regression analysis. Mediation effect analysis through path analysis and Sobel Test. Testing is done by SPSS version 21,0 for Windows. This study result indicate that all hypotheses are supported. It’s mean that the structure affect the process, structure and process give effect to patient satisfaction. There are strong influence on mediation role of process variables in the relationship between structure and patient satisfaction. Keywords : Donabedian, Structure, Process, Patient satisfaction.
