Abstract
The mite Sarcoptes scabiei is the main cause of scabies disease. Scabies is a skin infection disease caused by the infestation and sensitization of the mite Sarcoptes scabiei, easily transmitted from person to person and many boarding schools occur with a fairly high incidence. The places that are a favorite for Sarcoptes scabiei are areas of skin folds, such as the palms of the hands, feet, groin, groin, abdominal folds, armpits and vital organs. This study aims to determine the presence of Sarcoptest scabiei on skin scrapings of students at the Riyadhussholihin Islamic Boarding School, Pandeglang Regency.
