Abstract
Saputri, Selly Kristiana 2022. Erythrocyte Index in Chronic Kidney Failure Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis At Dr Oen problem with prevalence, increasing incidence and poor prognosis. Untreated CKD causes anemia Kandang Sapi Solo. Health Analyst D3 Study Program, Faculty of Health, Setia Budi University. Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is a global health which can lead to death. It is necessary to examine the erythrocyte index to determine the type of anemia so that appropriate therapy can be given. This study aims to determine the erythrocyte index in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Dr Oen Kandang Sapi Solo Hospital. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study were CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Dr Oen Kandang Sapi Solo Hospital. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 80. The research data were secondary data taken from medical records in the form of Hb data, erythrocyte index and hemodialysis data. The results of 80 samples were 79 people (98.8%) who had anemia and 1 person (1.3%) who was not anemic. And found normochromic normochromic anemia 43 people (53.8%), hypochromic microcytic anemia 27 people (33.8%), microcytic normochromic anemia 6 people (7.5%), normochromic hypochromic anemia 3 people (3.8%) and anemia hyperchromic normocytic 1 person (1.3%) Keywords: Chronic renal failure, hemodialysis, erythrocyte index.
