Abstract

Carcinoma is a group of diseases caused by single cells that grow abnormally and uncontrollably, so that they can become malignant tumors that can destroy and damage healthy cells or tissues. As they grow, carcinoma cells form a mass that infiltrates nearby tissue (invasive) and can spread (metastasize) throughout the body such as the breast. The most common carcinoma in women is breast carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of breast cancer patients at Dr Moewardi Hospital Surakarta in 2021 based on age, gender, family history, location of breast carcinoma and histopathological features. This type of research uses a descriptive method, namely using secondary data by taking patient data from breast cancer patients from medical records at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta in 2021. Based on the results of the study of patients with breast cancer at Dr. Hospital. Moewardi Surakarta, obtained the most results in the age group of 30-40 years, namely 22%, <40 (78%), family history (69%), no family history (21%), married patients (100%), at the location of left breast carcinoma (45%), right mammary (55%) and histopathological examination revealed ductal invasive (91%), lobular invasive (3%) Keywords : Patient Profile, Breast Carcinoma.
