Abstract

Proper management of drugs in planning, the right amount in procurement, proper placement and system in distribution, as well as the use of drugs that are appropriate to the patient's condition will be beneficial for the hospital. The purpose of this study to get an idea regarding good drug management and true in Pharmaceutical Installations RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri in 2021. This study is a non-experimental descriptive study and data collection is carried out retrospectively. Data is taken from stock cards, monthly mutation reports, and SIMRS at IFRS RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri in 2021. The results of this study show that the suitability of the drug management in the Pharmacy Installation of dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Hospital when viewed from the stage of drug management based on indicators from the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016, Ministry of Health in 2008, Pudjaningsih in 2006, and WHO in 2011, not all of them are effective and efficient, because of the 12 indicator standards measured, not all of them meet the standards, so there is a need for improvement in the drug management process. Of the 12 standards of such indicators that meet the standards are the conformity of the drug item with FORNAS (81%), the frequency of invoice errors (0%), the percentage of damaged drugs (0%), the degree of availability of drugs (17 months 15 days), and the percentage of prescribing generic drug names (92%).
