Abstract

Medicine storage is an activity to regulated of the drugs, in order to secured and protected from physical and chemical damage to maintained the quality according to the specified requirements. Drug storage is regulated in Minister of Health Regulation number 26 of 2020 regarding drug storage in public health center. The purposed of this study was to analyzed whether the drug storage system in Warehouse of community health center in Sibela Mojosongo Surakarta is complied with the pharmaceutical service standards at the public health center. This research was used descriptive observational used a crosssectional design. In collected the primary data it used observations and the secondary data used interviews with the pharmacists or TTK of Community Health Center in Sibela. From data analysis in descriptive analysis were counted manually. The results were compared with the normal values and then explained to obtained the results regarding to the suitability of drug storage parameters and indicators. The results showed that the parameters of medicine storage of Pharmacy’s Warehouse of Community Health Center in Sibela which included facilities and infrastructure. Drug storage and stock card recording from the observations were suitable with the category. The drug storage indicators on the suitability between the physical and the stock card obtained 100% match score and the percentage of expired and damaged drug score obtained 0% that appropriated with the standard. Meanwhile, the indicator for the percentage of dead stock obtained a score of 6.7%, which means that it was not suitable with the standard value.
