Abstract
COVID-19 is a disease that is prone to spread or infect everyone and is caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Corona virus 2 (SARS-Cov-2). (Permenkes RI, 2021) The corona virus pandemic, especially in Indonesia, began in March 2020. The COVID-19 vaccination aims to minimize the spread or transmission of the virus, including preventing an increase in mortality rates, gaining community group immunity (herd immunity), as well as providing protection for the community from this global epidemic in order to remain economically and socially productive. Vaccine management is a series of the vaccine stages in the health department which is very important in overall health services. A series of stage of storage, distribution time, use and appropriate quality. The purpose of this research is to see the description of vaccine management and see the percentage according to the indicators. The research method is descriptive observational with a qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative data were taken using interviews with key populations, while qualitative data were taken from existing documents retrospectively. Where qualitative data in the form of interviews and qualitative data in the form of data obtained from documents at the pharmacy installation of the Sragen district health office. The results of the research are, the suitability of vaccine storage facilities and infrastrucuture 100%, 100% refrigerated vaccine storage conditions, 95% vaccine storage location and condition, 100% vaccine storage temperature indicator, 100% vaccine condition indicator, 95% vaccine preparation indicator, 100% vaccine logistic condition indicator, 100% efficient use indicator, 100% generator maintenance indicator. Vaccine storage and distribution at the Sragen district health office is in accordance with the WHO indicators in 2002 and the Minister of Health no 12 of 2017. In the pharmaceutical installations of the Sragen district health office, it has met the compliance with the 2002 WHO indicators and the 2017 Minister of Health with continuous quality improvement.
