Abstract
Health workers are very influential in hospital services, one of the aspects in the hospital is the standard of occupational safety and health at the hospital. And the importance of manager support in supporting safety and health at the hospital. This study aims to influence the knowledge and management support with health and safety at the health worker at the hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The research design is an associative research with descriptive research design. The sampling technique was done with total sampling, the sample number was 30 respondents. The collected data will be analyzed descriptively and using regression test. The result of hypothesis test between the influence of knowledge on K3 on health worker of PKU Muhammadiyah Surakata Hospital shows that there is no significant relationship with p-value value is 0.320. While management support for health and safety of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surakata showed significant correlation with p-value value of 0.033. Better the support of hospital managers, the better the OSH implementation in the hospital. Keywords: knowledge, management support and occupational safety and health
