Abstract
Internal quality assurance is a prevention and control activity carried out by each laboratory continuously so as not to occur or reduce the incidence of errors or irregularities so that the correct examination results are obtained. Blood glucose examination is a screening test that can be done as an initial diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, which is a non-communicable disease that is a public health problem in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of internal quality stabilization of blood glucose and creatinine parameters in the UNS Hospital laboratory. The method used in this research is descriptive cross sectional method with secondary data. The sample used in this study is the Quality Control sample on the TMS 30i Chemical Analyzer tool in August 2021 to December 2021 which was taken from the UNS Hospital. Blood Glucose Accuracy Results have good accuracy and precision. Except for blood glucose accuracy, the results are not good, only in October 2021, the accuracy results are 5.15. While the results on the creatinine examination were declared unfavorable, because from the 5-month data there were 3 months of accuracy results that exceeded the maximum, namely August 18.45, September 6.06, and October 8.87.
