Abstract
Job satisfaction is an employee’s feelings about his job. Simply put,job satisfaction cann be interpreted as what makes people want and like work. What makes you happy at work or to get out of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influece of the work environment,leadership style and individual characteristics on job satisfaction of Non-Medical employees, at the Dr. Moewardi Regional General Hospital Surakarta. The number of samples is this study were 196 Non-Medical employees based on the gender characteristics of respondents and age of employees. The sample in this study used the two stages claustersampling technique and the research method used was multiple linear regression. The results showedd that the work environment variable had no effect on job satisfaction which could be seen with a significant value of 0.449. the leadership style variaables influence job satisfaction,which can bee seen with a signifiant value of 0.001 whille thhe individual characteristics variables affect job satisfaction which can be seen from the significant value 0.000.
