Abstract

The use of information technology that is integrated with business processes in a company has become a major requirement at this time. The availability of complete information is a basic need for the survival of the company in the face of business competition. This is needed by the company in analyzing and overcoming the problems faced and in making strategic decisions. The problem is often found that there is distortion of information in the supply chain which is one of the causes of the bullwhip effect. Therefore, an information dashboard design is needed in the goods and service procurement system. The research was carried out in several stages, namely data collection in the field located at PT. Pertamina International Shipping (PT. PIS) Jakarta. The method of collecting data is through interviews with staff and function managers of Fleet Management Solution, Fleet Supply Chain, Fleet Support. Processing of interview data in the form of frame contract information using Microsoft Excel tools and processed in Microsoft Power Bisnis Intelligent. Analysis of research results uses the justification method to determine the benefits of problem solving and the planning method to determine technical and non-technical infrastructure. The results show the development of Business Intelligence in managing data on the procurement of goods/services with an umbrella contract scheme at the Fleet Directorate of PT. PIS-based dashboard system using Microsoft Power Business Intelligent produces good information in the form of graphical visualizations. Distortion of information before using the dashboard obtained a bullwhip effect (BE) of 0.303628724. With the design of the information dashboard on the procurement of goods/services with an umbrella contract scheme at PT. PIS can be concluded that the value of the bullwhip effect becomes 1 because of accurate information sharing, the procurement process is faster with a fixed unit price within a certain period of time so as to create price tetapity.
