Abstract

Dengue fever is an acute feverish disease found in tropical regions. Dengue fever in are caused by dengue virus propagated by Aedes aegypti mosquito as the main vector. Mojosongo is a endemic found the case in RW 27, 32 and 36. In RW 36 Kelurahan Mojosongo FNL always under 95%. Indonesia dept. of health is targeting the free larvae luminance the region reached at 95%. Lower Free Number of Larvae (FNL) will watering down virus transmission process. This research aim to know what factors that correlate existence of larvae of Aedes aegypti. This research type is observasional with device of cross sectional. Approach population at this research is all household in RW 36 Kelurahan Mojosongo of 78 households and 219 sampel of water reservoir through observation and interview directly to respondents then it would be indentification larvae. The technique is simple random sampling. Pursuant to result of research obtained that the Free Number of Larvae ( FNL) 70%, House Index (HI) 30%, Container Index (CI) 10%, Breteau Index (BI) 30%. Wald test show there are probability value (sig.) 0,263 for the number of water reservoirs and 0,610 for Repellent plants this shows that no corelation between the number of water reservoirs with existence larvae of Aedes aegypti, there is no corelation Repellent plants with existence larvae of Aedes aegypti and there is so no corelation between solid garbage with existence larvae of Aedes aegypti in RW 36 Kelurahan Mojosongo. The research is better conducted at the rainy seasons and with amount of larger regions. Keywords: The number of water reservoirs, Free numbers larvae, Repellent plant
