Abstract
This research purpose to test the quality of perceptions in mediating the influence of trust and awareness on the intention to re-treatment. Good quality of perception service can improve patient's trust and awareness to the hospital, so as to strengthen patient's intention to re- treatment. The data obtained through questionnaires distributed to patients at Dr.Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of inpatients wijaya kusuma building as much as 200 respondents. Hypothesis test using by SEM and regression analysis. The results of this study show that all hypotheses are supported except for H1 and H3. These results give meaning to the intention of re-treatment will be influenced by the quality of perception, trust and awareness. But awareness is not an important factor in influencing the quality of service perceptions and trust Keywords: awareness, trust, quality of perceptions, intention to re-treatment.
