Abstract

The research has purpose to test intention to laboratory information system affected by attitude with organization support, task and environment. The intention of using information systems is still an important study in the research of information system acceptance, which is due to the variability of its forming variables. So this study felt necessary to build an alternative model of intention to use the information system. This research used purposive sampling technique with survey method which using questioner as a tool to gathering data. The population used in this research was all health medical workers in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Laboratory. The research samples were 86 respondents. Metric tool test used SPPS and hypothesis test used SEM AMOS method. Research result showed all hypothesis support except organization support and task against intention to using information system. The result gave meaning attitude had important role in evaluating the usage of information system to fit between task and information system which was used by organization support factor, task and environment as the causal matter.
