Abstract

INSTISARI RISWAN DWI CAHYO, 2023, ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN OBAT PADA TAHAP PENYIMPANAN DI GUDANG INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH IR. SOEKARNO SUKOHARJO TAHUN 2022, SKRIPSI, PROGRAM STUDI S1 FARMASI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Dibimbing oleh apt. Dra. Pudiastuti RSP, M.M. dan Lukito Mindi Cahyo, S.K.G., M.P.H. Penyimpanan obat di rumah sakit perlu memastikan keutuhan dan kelayakan obat sebelum diberikan kepada pasien dan mengutamakan keselamatan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Studi ini bertujuan menilai kesesuaian penyimpanan obat di Gudang Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Surakarta dengan standar indikator, termasuk cocoknya ketersediaan obat, stok mati, persentase obat kedaluwarsa atau rusak, tata letak gudang, TOR (Turn Over Ratio), dan kartu stok dengan stok fisik. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan non-eksperimental dengan desain deskriptif dan observatif. Data diambil di Gudang Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Ir. Soekarno Kabupaten Sukoharjo antara Juni-Juli 2023. Data yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan standar indikator pengelolaan obat di rumah sakit yang ditetapkan oleh Pudjaningsih (1996), Depkes RI (2010) dan Satibi (2015). Berdasarkan kriteria penyimpanan, disimpulkan bahwa indikator yang memenuhi standar adalah kesesuaian kartu stok dengan stok opname (100%), sistem penataan gudang (100%), tingkat ketersediaan obat (13,24 bulan), serta persentase obat kedaluwarsa atau rusak (0,03%) dan stok mati (0%). Namun, indikator yang belum memenuhi standar adalah TOR (Turn Over Ratio) dengan nilai 6,93 kali per tahun. SOEKARNO SUKOHARJO YEAR 2022, THESIS, BACHELOR OF PHARMACY, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, SETIA BUDI UNIVERSITY, SURAKARTA. Supervised by apt. Dra. Pudiastuti RSP, M.M. and Lukito Mindi Cahyo, S.K.G., M.P.H. Drug storage in hospital pharmacy installations is also one of the guarantees for the integrity or eligibility of drugs received by the hospital before being handed over to patients and because patient safety is the priority factor in health care efforts. This study aims to determine the suitability of drug storage in the Pharmacy Installation Warehouse of Surakarta Hospital with standard indicators which include conformity between stock cards and hospitalization stock, TOR (Turn Over Ratio), warehouse management system, proportion of expired and or damaged drug values, proportion of dead stock, and drug availability. This research is non-experimental with a descriptive and observative design. Data collection was carried out at the Pharmacy Installation Warehouse of Regional General Hospital Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo from June to July 2023. The data obtained was then compared using standard drug management indicators in hospitals set by Pudjaningsih (1996), the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2010) and Satibi (2015). Based on the storage indicators, it can be concluded that the indicators are in accordance with the standards, namely the conformity between stock cards and hospitalization stock of 100%, 100% warehouse management system, drug availability rate of 13.24 months, and the percentage of expired and or damaged drugs is 0.03 % and the percentage of dead stock is 0%. Meanwhile, indicators that are not in accordance with the standards are TOR (Turn Over Ratio) of 6.93 times/year.
