Abstract

NERIN ELIZABETH PURBA, 2023, GAMBARAN PENYIMPANAN OBAT DI GUDANG INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT “UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET” SUKOHARJO PERIODE APRIL 2023, KARYA TULIS ILMIAH, PROGRAM STUDI D-III FARMASI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Dibimbing oleh apt. Ganet Eko Pramukantoro, M.Si. Penyimpanan obat merupakan kegiatan pengamanan obat yang diterima agar aman, terhindar dari kerusakan fisik atau kimia, serta terjamin mutunya. Penyimpanan obat di Gudang Farmasi menjadi bagian penting dari keutuhan dan kelayakan obat sebelum diberikan kepada pasien, karena kesalahan dalam penyimpanan obat dapat membuat turunnya kadar/potensi obat dan menyebabkan kerugian bagi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat di Gudang Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit “Universitas Sebelas Maret” Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sistem penelitian yang menggunakan metode observasional dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya bersifat deskriptif dan evaluasi. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam, serta data sekunder berupa data yang ada seperti catatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gudang IFRS “Universitas Sebelas Maret” Sukoharjo dalam menerapkan sarana dan prasarana dengan nilai persentase kesesuaian 92% memenuhi standar; metode penyimpanan obat dengan nilai persentase kesesuaian 100% memenuhi standar; dan kesesuaian antara komponen penyimpanan dengan nilai persentase kesesuaian 100% memenuhi standar. Sistem penyimpanan obat di Gudang IFRS “Universitas Sebelas Maret” Sukoharjo sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan standar Permenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Namun masih diperlukan adanya penambahan lemari khusus untuk menyimpan obat-obat kadaluwarsa atau rusak. Supervised by apt. Ganet Eko Pramukantoro, M.Si. Drug storage is a drug security activity that is accepted to be safe, avoid physical or chemical damage, and guaranteed quality. Drug storage in the Pharmacy Warehouse is an important part of the integrity and feasibility of drugs before they are given to patients, because errors in drug storage can reduce drug levels / potency and cause losses to hospitals. This study aims to evaluate drug storage in the Pharmaceutical Installation Warehouse of Sukoharjo Hospital "Universitas Sebelas Maret". This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research system that uses observational methods with data collection techniques is descriptive and evaluation. The types of data used in research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from direct observation and in-depth interviews, as well as secondary data in the form of existing data such as document records. The results showed that the IFRS Warehouse "Universitas Sebelas Maret" Sukoharjo in implementing facilities and infrastructure with a conformity percentage value of 92% met the standards; drug storage methods with a conformity percentage value of 100% meet the standard; and conformity between storage components with a conformity percentage value of 100% meets the standard. The drug storage system at the IFRS Warehouse "Universitas Sebelas Maret" Sukoharjo is in accordance with the standard provisions of the Minister of Health No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals. However, it is still necessary to add a special cabinet to store expired or damaged drugs.
