Abstract
hairman/Chief of clinics that have some leadership style one of which transformational leadership style. Health centers including health organizations, indeed has members or officers are officers of the laboratory. On research, aiming to find out the influence of the head of the Clinics have a transformational style against the loyalty lab officials in Klaten Regency health centers. The sampling techniques used in the study was proposive sampling, with samples taken as many as 40 officers of the laboratory. The collection of data used in the study are using the questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used in the study was the quantitative analysis and measured using a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 20 for windows. The results showed that transformational leadership style influential variables significantly to Loyalty Lab officials in Klaten Regency of clinics with the highest significance p = 0.003 (< 0.05). The results of the analysis of the correlation (r) indicates 23% of loyalty lab officials in Klaten Clinics in influence by the transformational leadership style, while 77% determined by factor other factors.
