Abstract

Stroke is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood glucose level or insulin resistance. Stroke is a syndrome characterized by symptoms and / or clinical signs that develop rapidly in the form of functional disorders of the focal or global brain that lasted more than 24 hours. This research aimed to determine the most widely used antiplatelet drugs and the appropriateness of use of antiplatelet drugs in patient of ischemia stroke in installation of inpatient Hospital in Karanganyar in 2016. The method used in this study was non-experimental descriptive, with retrospective retrieval data from medical records of patients with Ischemic Stroke. The data used were sex, age, diagnose, drug, dose, and the duration of treatment. The data obtained were 86 patients then grouped by indication, analyzed compared with PERDOSSI and Hospital Formulary. From result of the research obtained the results of the use of antiplatelet drugs of Ischemic Stroke at Inpatient Installation of Karanganyar General Hospital in 2016 the most is clopidogrel and the appropriateness of use of antiplatelet drugs is 100% Keywords: Ischemia Stroke, Hospitalization, Diskriptif, Hospital
