Abstract
HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI RSUD dr. SOERATNO GEMOLONG KABUPATEN SRAGEN, SKRIPSI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Dibimbing oleh Prof. Dr. apt. R.A. Oetari, S.U., M.M., M.Sc dan apt. Drs. Partana Boedirahardja, SH., MPH Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit dengan pravalensi tertinggi. Maka dibutuhkan pengetahuan pasien hipertensi dalam mencapai kepatuhan pasien minum obat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persentase pengetahuan dan persentase kepatuhaan serta gambaran hubungan antara pengetahuan hipertensi dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertiensi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode statistik deskriptif. pengumpulan data pasien menggunakan dua kuesioner yang berbeda yaitu Hypertension Fact Quisionnare (HFQ) untuk mengambil data pengetahuan dan Drug Attitude Inventory (DAI-10) untuk mengambil data kepatuhan dengan 143 reponden. Data yang diperoleh peneliti dilakukan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil uji pengetahuan kategori rendah dengan presentasi sebesar 15,4% (22) responden, kategori sedang sebesar 62,2% (90) responden, dan kategori tinggi sebanyak 21,7% (31) responden. Kepatuhan kategori rendah dengan persentase 0,7% (1) responden, kategori kepatuhan sedang dengan presentasi sebesar 20,3% (29) responden, dan kategori patuh sebesar 79,0% (113) responden. Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien rawat jalan hipertensi RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong ( P = 0,001) THE RELATIONSHIP OF KNOWLEDGE WITH COMPLIANCE WITH MEDICATION IN HYPERTENSION PATIENTS AT DR. SOERATNO GEMOLONG SRAGEN DISTRICT, THESIS, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, SETIA BUDI UNIVERSITY, SURAKARTA. Superviced by Prof. Dr. apt. R.A. Oetari, S.U., M.M., M.Sc and apt. Drs. Partana Boedirahardja, SH., MPH Hypertension is one of the diseases with the highest prevalence. So knowledge of hypertensive patients is needed in achieving patient compliance in taking medication. The aim of the research was to determine the percentage of knowledge and the percentage of compliance as well as describe the relationship between knowledge of hypertension and compliance with taking medication for hypertension patients. This research method is a descriptive statistical method. Collecting patient data used two different questionnaires, namely the Hypertension Fact Questionnaire (HFQ) to collect knowledge data and the Drug Attitude Inventory (DAI-10) to collect compliance data with 143 respondents. The data obtained by researchers was carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the knowledge test were in the low category with a presentation of 15.4% (22) of respondents, the medium category was 62.2% (90) of respondents, and the high category was 21.7% (31) of respondents. Low category compliance with a percentage of 0.7% (1) respondents, medium compliance category with a presentation of 20.3% (29) respondents, and the compliance category is 79.0% (113) respondents. There is a relationship between knowledge and adherence to taking medication in hypertensive outpatients at RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong (P = 0.001)
