AUDREY, B.W., 2023. SACCHAROMYCES RICE FERMENT FILTRATE (SRFF) ACTIVITY TEST WITH VARYING CONCENTRATION OF RICE AS AN ANTI-AGING ON RABBIT DORCAL SKIN. Supervised by Dra. apt. SUHARTINAH, M.Sc. and apt. INARATUL RIZKHY HANIFAH, S.Farm., M.Sc. Rice is a food that has many benefits. Saccharomyces rice ferment filtrate (SRFF) is rice fermented with instant yeast. This ferment is an ingredient that can be used to inhibit wrinkles or prevent premature aging. This research aims to determine the most effective varying concentration rice and determine the anti-aging activity of SRFF. SRFF uses rice with added yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) then fermented for 24 hours. Varying rice concentrations used were 5%, 10%, and 20%. Testing the anti-aging activity of SRFF on New Zealand rabbits back skin using a skin analyzer and analyzed using the SPSS program from the data obtained. The results of this study show that the fermentant of each concentration can can be used as an anti-aging agent for New Zealand rabbits skin. The fermentant with the more effective concentration is a 5% concentration because the increase in collagen, elasticity and moisture is 30 times the greatest increase in collagen, elasticity, and moisture.
