Abstract
Pneumatic tube delivery system makes sample delivery from sampling room to laboratory faster and easier. Pneumatic tube system produces small vibration caused by velocity change to the sample on delivery proces, that may cause microlysis. It is the basic of hematocrit level comparison between blood samples which are collected by conventional and Pneumatic tube delivery systems. The research uses proposive sampling method with 30 blood samples. Data were collected from research in clinical laboratory of Dr.Moewardi Regional Public Hospital. Data were analysed with Saphiro Wilk Method using computer. The results of the research shows (p) sig >0,062. Ho is accepted because of (p) sig >0.05. The conclucion is no significant hematokrit difference between blood samples which are collected by Conventional and Pneumatic tube delivery system. Keywords: Hematokrit, Manual, Pneumatic Tube
