Sahale, B.V. 2021. Pengaruh Paparan Cahaya Dan Suhu Terhadap Kadar Bilirubin Pada Serum Tunda, Program Studi D4 Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Setia Budi Bilirubin merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan laboratorium untuk mengetahui fungsi hati dan saluran empedu,.Pemeriksaan bilirubin biasanya sering pengerjaannya tertunda sehingga kadar bilirubin hasilnya menjadi tidak stabil Tujuan Penellitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Paparan Cahaya Terhadap Kadar Bilirubin Pada Serum Tunda Dalam kestabilan kadar sampel yang akan diperiksa apakah Penundaan Pengerjaan Pemeriksaan Bilirubin Berpengaruh Terhadap Hasil yang Didapatkan Jenis rancangan penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan literature review.Mini review ini disusun oleh penulis pada bulan Januari – Agustus 2021 dengan menggunakan 15 jurnal terdiri dari5 artikel jurnal internasional (non predator), 5 artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasidan 5 artikel jurnal Nasional tidak ter-akreditasi.literature review merupakan metode yang mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menginterpretasi seluruh temuan-temuan pada topic penelitian menggunakan artikel/jurnal. Sumber Data yang diambil dari 3 database elektronik yaitu PubMed,Google Scholar dan Research Gate. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pemelitian ini yaitu dengan inklusi “ Bilirubin”, Hasil penelitian dari beberapa jurnal, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 15 jurnal yang telah di riview 14 jurnal mengatakan Penundaan” Pemeriksaan”, Pencahayaan”, Suhu”.dan kriteria ekslusi pada pebelitian ini adalah Not “studi yang tidak meneliti kadar bilirubin”, Not” Hasil penelitian yang tidak ada pengaruh dari cahaya dan penundaan pemeriksaan. bahwa kadar bilirubin total serum yang terhindar dari paparan cahaya terdapat penurunan kadar bilirubin yang tidak signifikan dengan hasil yang relatif stabil dibandingkan sampel yang terpapar cahaya langsung dimana hasil mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan jika pemeriksaan ditunda terlalu lama. This type of research design was carried out using a literature review. This mini review was compiled by the author in January – August 2021 using 15 journals consisting of5 articles in international journals (non predatory), 5 articles in accredited national journalsand 5 articles in non-accredited National journals. literature review is a method that identifies, assesses and interprets all findings on research topics using articles/journals. Sources of data taken from 3 electronic databases, namely PubMed, Google Scholar and Research Gate. The keywords used in this research are the inclusion of "bilirubin", The results of research from several journals, it can be concluded that of the 15 journals that have been reviewed, 14 journals say the delay of "Inspection", Lighting", Temperature". and the exclusion criteria in this study were Not “study that did not examine bilirubin levels”, Not “The results of the study were not affected by light and examination delays. that the total serum bilirubin level that was spared from light exposure there was an insignificant decrease in bilirubin levels with relatively stable results compared to samples exposed to direct light where the results experienced a very significant decrease if the examination was delayed too long.
