Abstract
The examination of the amount leucosyte urine which include to daily examination urine is the examination that often checked by doctor, either doctor in polytechnics unit to diagnose disease. With using automatic tools like UX 2000 with fllow cytometry method, the examination of urine make it easier and will get quicker result by manual examination. To prove the accuration of the result of manual examination before the use of automatic machine. The sampling technique that used in this research is accidental sampling with samples taken 30 urine samples. The collection of data used is through result in the laboratory of clinical pathology Dr. Moewardi Provincial Hospital. Methods of data analysis used in the research are Saphiro-Wilk program SPSS version 20 for windows. The result showed that from paired sample test looks the value (p) sig > 0,172. Because the value (p) sig > 0,05 then H0 accepted. Then it could be concluded that there is no significan difference of the average of leucosyte amount in the sedimentation of urine that tested with automatic machine and manual.
