Abstract
The study of patient satisfaction becomes an important topic in health care. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of personality and skills of laboratory officer perceived on the satisfaction of patients in the Laboratory of Puskesmas Tawangsari Sukoharjo District. This study uses a purposive sampling survey method. Respondents used as many as 147. The analysis test used multiple linear regression analysis. The test was performed with the help of SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are supported. The results of this study provide the substance that the personality and skills of well perceived laboratory personnel, will give effect to patient satisfaction.
