Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is caused by the dengue virus, the main vector of transmission of this disease is mosquitoesTemples of the Egyptians. NLCR Neutrophil to lymphocyte count ratio(NLCR) is a calculation of the ratio of the absolute neutrophil count to the absolute lymphocyte count that can be used as a predictor or marker of inflammation. The incidence of cases in Timor-Leste in early January 2022 to date is 4,003 cases and 50 people have died. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes with duration of fever in patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever at the Aileu Health Center, Timor-Leste. This type of research is a method analyst observational with a cross-sectional design (cross sectional). This study used secondary data from February-April 2023. The research location was at the Aileu Health Center Laboratory, Timor-Leste. The population of this study was all data on dengue hemorrhagic fever patients who had a complete blood count. Sampling technique vizTotal sampling as many as 35 patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever. Data is processed using test Who squares. The results of the study can be concluded that there is no relationship between the ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes with duration of fever in patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever at the Aileu Health Center, Timor-Leste.
